About Sheri Parenteau — Accountability Advisor for High Achievers

I work with high achievers who are done with the gap between where they are and where they know they could be.

My Story

I didn't arrive here with a clean origin story. I arrived here with receipts.

I have always been a people person. Not in the surface-level, small-talk-at-a-networking-event way — in the way where strangers tell me things. Real things. I don't know exactly when it started, but somewhere along the way I became the person people open up to. At my corporate job, I earned an unofficial title that I wore with equal parts pride and amusement: "where secrets go to die." People would stop by my desk, unload something they'd been carrying for months, and walk away lighter. I never asked for the role. It just found me.

It still happens. I'll meet someone new — at a party, on a boat, in line somewhere — and within twenty minutes they're telling me something they haven't told anyone. And then they catch themselves and say some version of "I'm sorry, I don't know why I just told you that." I do. It's because they felt safe. And feeling safe enough to be honest is where everything starts.

My life has not been a straight line. I've worn a lot of different hats, taken on a lot of different responsibilities, and rebuilt more than once. I know what it feels like to be in the middle of something hard and not be sure how it ends. I also know what it feels like to come out the other side and realize the version of you that made it through is sharper, clearer, and more capable than the one who went in.

What I've learned through all of it — the pivots, the rebuilds, the seasons that didn't go as planned — is that follow-through is the thing. Not talent. Not intention. Not a really good plan. Follow-through. And follow-through is hard to sustain alone. Not because you're weak, but because we're human, and humans do better when someone is in it with them.

That's what I do. I'm the person who shows up every week, asks the real questions, and genuinely cares whether you did the thing. I'm not going to let you off the hook — but I'm also not going to make you feel bad for being human. Those two things can coexist. I've built a whole practice on it.

I'm not going to tell you it's easy. I'm going to tell you it's worth it. And then I'm going to make sure you do it.

How I Work

Three things I believe deeply.

01

Radical Honesty

I don't tell you what you want to hear. I tell you what you need to hear — delivered with care, not judgment. That's the only way real change happens.

02

No Fluff, No Filler

Every session has a purpose. We move fast, we go deep, and we leave with clarity and a clear next step — not a list of things to think about.

03

You Do the Work

I'm your thinking partner, your accountability anchor, and your honest mirror. But the results you create are yours — because you built them.

Ready to close the gap?

The discovery call is free, honest, and genuinely useful — whether you decide to work with me or not.
